As at 1^st June 2007, it will become mandatory for people selling their homes to provide a Home Information Pack before marketing their property.

It is therefore essential to keep abreast of these developments, from out point of view on an advisory basis to our clients and as surveyors, to be able to offer the service of the Home Inspector under the new system.

To achieve this, we intend to be able to provide a dry run of the HIP prior to the launch date of June 2007.
