• Both the landlord and tenant may break the agreement after 12 months.

• The cost of the agreement and stamping of the agreement shall be the responsibility of the tenant.

• The landlord’s solicitors will prepare the necessary lease for signature.

• The proposed tenant shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary licences and other permissions as necessary.
